Orders and Shipping


Shipping typically takes around 7 business days after your order has been processed. After you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues, please email us at support@looni.co.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States, but please get in touch with where else you want Looni and we'll do what we can to deliver to you in future.


We want you to love your Looni products—because our products are perishable and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns of opened products. However, if our products do not meet your expectations we want to know. So please contact us at support@looni.co within 30 days of your purchase and include:
* your order number,
* a description of the issue.

Additionally, if you return your product unopened to us within 30 days, we will issue you a full refund minus any shipping costs. Please contact us at support@looni.co for more information.


Our products work best if taken long-term but we understand that sometimes you need to pause, cancel or change the frequency of your subscription. You can do that at any time by logging into your account, or via the link in your initial order confirmation email. You can also contact us at support@looni.co.
