Your Rights and Choices

  • Newsletters or Promotional Communications: You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions. Please note that you may still receive administrative messages.
  • Personal Information: You may have the rights under applicable laws to request access to change any of your personal information in your account by editing your profile within your account or by sending an e-mail to us at support@looni.co. You may request deletion of your personal information by us, and we will use reasonable efforts to do so but we may be required to keep such information and not delete it or keep the information for a period of time in which case we will fulfill your request after such requirements. Information deleted will be deleted from the active database but could remain in our archives or kept for fraud purposes.

We use technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect your information against loss or unauthorized access, modification or deletion however no security program is 100% secure. Emails sent to or from Looni may not be secure so you should take precautions in deciding what information you send via email. Please consider this when providing any personal information through the internet. If personal information is compromised as a breach of security, we will promptly notify our customers in accordance with applicable law. 

Advertising

Targeted Advertising or  behavioral advertising uses web browsing behavior such as pages visited or searches made by an individual. Third parties may collect this information by placing or accessing cookies in your browser when you visit this, or other, websites. Third-Party Payment Processing

Online payments made through our Site are controlled by our third-party payment services provider. We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. We may share transaction data with our payment services providers for the purposes of processing your payments, and dealing with complaints and questions relating to such payments and refunds. HIPAA

My Willo Inc is not an entity that is covered by HIPAA. The HIPAA privacy rules apply to health plans, health care clearinghouses, to any health care provider who transmits health information in electronic form in connection with transactions for which the Secretary of HHS has adopted standards under HIPAA (the “covered entities”) and their service providers (“business associates”). This means that the information that you provide to us is not protected by the HIPAA privacy rules and regulations.

The information we collect through our Site is conducted by Looni which is located in the United States. If you are a non-U.S. user of the Site, by visiting the Site and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be processed for the purposes identified in the Privacy Policy. Your personal information may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of personal information may be different and less stringent than the laws in your country. By providing your data, you consent to such transfer. At this time, we do not ship products outside the United States.

California Residents Privacy Policy
Effective as of July 12, 2022.
Consumers residing in California have some additional rights with respect to their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”). This Privacy Notice for California Residents (this “Notice”) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy, the “Policy”.

Information We Collect

In particular, our Site may collect the following categories of Personal Data from its Users:

  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Data;

You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Data that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions by contacting support@looni.co. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, to the extent it is possible to associate your request with any Personal Data that we possess, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Data from our records, unless an exception applies. You must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Data or an authorized representative and describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
