FAQs

How do I take the Balance Beam Mood Complex (BBMC) supplement?

Take two capsules together daily, a.m. or p.m., with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dosage amount.

How long will it take until I feel results?

We recommend taking BBMC daily for at least three months for your body to achieve hormonal balance. However, some people may feel results in a matter of weeks.

What effects can I expect when taking BBMC?

Our supplement was designed to help you achieve hormonal balance throughout your menstrual cycle. Possible effects include stabilized moods, improved acne, lowered irritability, reduced cravings, and improved energy levels.

Can I take BBMC if I’m perimenopausal or menopausal?

Absolutely. While BBMC was developed with menstrual symptoms in mind, our supplement can help maintain hormonal health and balance during menopause as well.

Is it safe to take BBMC if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend taking BBMC when pregnant or breastfeeding.

Adaptogens (e.g. Ashwagandha) and 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) are generally not advised when pregnant or while breastfeeding.

We recommend checking with your physician before using any supplements.
